Then this drink is exactly what you need. Plus, pineapple which is great for reducing inflammation (I like to drink this after a tough afternoon workout. Around 5.).
Green Colada Smoothie
1 cup diced (fresh) pineapple
1 t coconut oil
1 T raw walnut butter (you can substitute other nut butters if desired)
1 cup spinach (tightly packed)
1 c almond milk (vanilla, unsweetened)
I like to enjoy this mid-morning or mid-afternoon – right when I was wishing it was 5 o’clock where I was. And it’s perfect all weekend long.
